I needed an estate agent to assist with the sale of my late dads property and got a few out to visit the property. I have never used Cole Rayment and White before, but from the very first visit, I just felt that they were the ones to go with. They went above and beyond, especially Jason who was with me all the way with the sale which was extremely complicated and quite challenging at times. Jason Parsons is an extremely professional estate agent . He showed us around a property and allowed us time to get a feel for the home . Following our viewing he contacted us to see if we were interested and offered a second viewing . Jason was always available on the phone and via email and responded immediately to any queries. He kept in constant contact throughout the entire purchasing process which was reassuring especially as we were moving several counties away . He was excellent at liaising with our agent and other solicitors in the chain and ensured things were being processed when necessary. Due to the property market changing within the last year it has been a long haul but with his help and patience we have just moved into our dream home in a beautiful location . Jason even met us at our new home with the key . Jason is a credit to his profession .
