To locate the property travelling West on the A30 take the sliproad signposted to Blisland just before the second new bridge, go over the bridge and turn right at the T junction. At the crossroads in 1 mile take the road signposted to St Mabyn, follow this lane for a 1/2 a mile and turn next left down to Trevissick Farm. To locate the property from the A30 travelling East past Bodmin turn left signposted Blisland. Follow the road into the valley and up the other side and at the top will be found a crossroad. Turn left and follow this lane for about 1/2 a mile and turn next left down to Trevissick Farm. Trevissick Cottage will be found on the right just before the farm.

To locate the property from the Wadebridge direction, travel towards Camelford on the A39 and after about 4 miles turn right signposted St Mabyn. Travel through the village of St Mabyn to the crossroads with the B3266 and travel straight across signposted Blisland. Follow this road down into the valley, over the bridge and Camel Trail at Tresarrett turning right at the T junction. Travel up the hill for about 1 mile and turn right signposted Trevissick Farm.
