Built to a high standard in 1998 Osprey was designed as a low maintenance beach property. The property is screened on all sides, quite private from the road and neighbouring properties. Removable bollards give access to driveway with parking for 3 cars and the integral garage with electric door.

The front terrace is all hard landscaped and there are mature trees and shrubs to all boundaries with fence beyond. The front door brings you into a tiled porch which then comes into the hallway. Double doors access the large bright living room with electric fire and wall mounted Elvaco air heaters and ceiling fan. The south facing end of this room is all glazed with French doors out onto front terrace. The flooring is all engineered wood and the sitting room is partly open to a dining area with arch leading through to the Kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with Neff double oven, halogen Hob, extractor and dish washer. There is a plynth heater which is controlled by a room stat (as are all rooms).
